PHLAKE - PREGNANT

In a plethora of emerging musicians, Phlake certainly stood out from the rest. Instead of going after a more forward, experimentalist music, Phlake took a step back by going into a more sultry RnB style. With lyrics like "For you I take the extra supermarket trip" and "swimmin' in oreos" this Danish duo is certain to make sure that listeners will remember them and follow up with their music. I mean like, how could you not remember them?! Well at least one will probably spend the rest of the day having "swimming in oreos" looping in their minds.

As if sultry and sexy isn't enough to make their music stand out, members Mads Bo and Jonathan Elkær decided to add a fun twist by writing Pregnant to serenade all pregnant ladies out there, smashing the sterotypes of pregnant ladies being moody and losing their sexiness. (Is there any other song that makes pregnancy sounds this sexy?) Hell, even non-pregnant ladies will get pregnant after listening to this! I quote the internet, 'OVARIES EXPLODED'.

Singing "For you I'll hold your head, when the morning's feeling sick", Phlake has made this the must have anthem for all husbands with pregnant wives out there. At least if my future husband sings this for me all my temper tantrums will be gone. (Imagine your husband sings "you're my one and only milf yeah, I like it" can you even get mad at them anymore?!)

Bonus point: they call their music genre RnB. Keep in mind it's not Rhythm and Blues, it's Rhythm and BALLS. How can this band go unnoticed?
