Finally a Scandinavian collab! This time Swedish DJ Alesso teamed up with Norwegian afro-beat duo Nico & Vinz for a tropical house track "I Wanna Know".

My impression of Alesso's music is usually head banging electro house tracks that you will never get irritated and feel like yelling STFU and smashing the radio. I swear after 10 years I will still be banging to "Tear the Roof Up". Anyway, besides his sick EDM beats, this 25 year old Swede is still able to mellow down its progressive house beats and pull off some more radio-friendly house music. Personally , "Heroes (We Could Be)" is inspiring and literally makes me wanna sing it on top of my lungs while riding on the rooftop of a car.

Nico & Vinz is no stranger to most people, with their breakout track "Am I Wrong", released back in 2014. Even though originating from a Scandinavian country, this Norwegian duo never forget their African roots by having a strong African influence in their music style. For this collaboration with Alesso, there is no exception.

In "I Wanna Know" Alesso's EDM style blends beautifully with Nico & Vinz's afro-beat style, giving it a perfect splash of summer breezy vibe. So if you're heading to a beach party, this song would be the perfect fit.

Now I'm only counting down days for this song to hit radios this summer and top charts worldwide. Or, shall I boldly predict, be the summer anthem of 2016.

"I Wanna Know" debuts on Beats 1 on March 31st and premiering worldwide today.
